Stadium of Boca Juniors, in the La Boca neighbourhood, opened in 1940. It takes its name from its chocolate-box shape, with very steep stands right up against the pitch. Next to it, the club museum recounts its history and a stadium tour is available. It is one of the temples of South American football.
