Yumenoshima Park
NatureVisit: ~60 min
Koto park opened in 1978 on the artificial island of Yumenoshima, a former landfill in Tokyo Bay. Entry is free. It holds the three-domed tropical greenhouse (1988, paid) and the hall of the Daigo Fukuryu Maru, the fishing boat exposed in 1954 to the radioactive fallout of a hydrogen bomb test. It is about 7 minutes' walk from Shin-Kiba.
