Sorolla Museum
CultureVisit: ~75 min
The house and studio that Joaquín Sorolla built for himself in 1911 in the Chamberí neighbourhood preserves his furniture, his studios and the largest collection of his work, with the beach scenes and Mediterranean light that made him famous. The Andalusian garden, designed by the painter himself in the style of the Alhambra and the Reales Alcázares, is one of the quietest corners of Madrid.
