The Kollhoff Tower is a 103-metre, 25-storey building in the rebuilt Potsdamer Platz quarter in central Berlin. On its top level is an observation platform reached by Europe's fastest lift, which carries passengers at 8.65 metres per second. There, visitors will find the permanent exhibition «Berliner Blicke auf den Potsdamer Platz», on the history of Potsdamer Platz, and a panoramic café glazed on all sides.
