Casa de las Sirenas (Alameda de Hércules)
LeisureVisit: ~60 min
The Alameda de Hércules is one of the oldest promenades in Seville, laid out in the 16th century. At its southern end stand two Roman columns with statues of Hercules and Julius Caesar, from a temple on Calle Mármoles, and at the north two more with lions. The Casa de las Sirenas, a 19th-century small palace on the north corner, is now a civic centre. Today the Alameda is a leisure area with terraces, bars and venues, lively from the afternoon until night.
