La Condomina Bullring
Square opened on 6 September 1887, the work of architect Justo Millán. Construction began on 11 October 1886 and lasted eleven months. It is eclectic in style, built of masonry and iron, and looks like a coliseum: arches divided into three sections and rounded outer openings. Its plan is a regular 80-sided polygon, with a ring 53 metres in diameter. The colour scheme is two-tone: white on the ornaments and ochre on the walls, a trait of Murcian eclecticism. It stands on Ronda de Garay, east of the old town. Besides the September Fair it hosts concerts and shows. The Murcia Bullfighting Museum is not here, but in the Jardín del Salitre.
