Skyscraper of about 165 metres opened in 1965, at the corner of Avenida Ipiranga and Avenida São Luís, in the heart of the centre. It has a panoramic terrace at the top from which much of São Paulo's urban sprawl can be seen. It is one of the city's best-known views.
