CultureVisit: ~30 minFree
The Basilica of St Nicholas is the Dominican church of Gdansk, of medieval origin, linked to the order that arrived in the city in the 13th century. It is one of the few churches in the Main Town that survived almost intact in 1945. It stands near Hala Targowa, the covered market. Every summer, in August, the Dominican Fair is held next to it.
