A pizza-by-the-slice shop run by the baker Gabriele Bonci, on Via della Meloria, near the Vatican. It sells pizza on rectangular trays, cut and sold by weight, with long-fermented doughs and seasonal toppings. It is one of the best-known pizza-by-the-slice places in Rome and there is often a queue; you eat standing up or while walking.
