Parc de la Villette
NatureVisit: ~150 min
Large urban park of about 55 hectares in the 19th arrondissement, designed by Bernard Tschumi on the site of Paris's former slaughterhouses. Its follies, red metal structures, punctuate the route, and it contains themed gardens, the Canal de l'Ourcq, the Grande Halle, and the Cité des Sciences and the Géode on its edges. It hosts open-air concerts and festivals.
