Cour de Rohan
CultureVisit: ~15 min
Semi-public courtyard in the 6th arrondissement, about 45 m long and 3 m wide, between rue du Jardinet and Cour du Commerce Saint-André, near Odéon. It already existed before the 16th century; Henry II had buildings constructed for Diane de Poitiers. Its name is a corruption of Rouen, after the hôtel of the archbishops of Rouen. At numbers 3 to 7 you can see remains of the Philippe Auguste wall, and there is a pas-de-mule for mounting a horse.
