Co-cathedral of Alicante on Plaza del Abad Penalva, in the old town. It has a Latin-cross plan, built of ashlar, with a large coffered dome that lights the interior, two sober Mannerist portals, a square cloister and the Baroque Communion Chapel, decorated with marble and stucco in the first half of the 18th century. It has been a National Monument since 1974.
