The Convent of Santa Clara la Real is a convent of Poor Clare nuns in the city of Toledo, in the San Vicente neighbourhood. It was founded in the mid-14th century by the Toledo noblewoman María Meléndez, who donated the houses where she lived to establish the new community and later took the habit there. According to the bull authorising the foundation, the convent church was to have a bell tower and bells for worship.
