Small island in the Bay of Santander, opposite Los Bikinis beach, which at spring tides is joined to the land by a rocky and sandy tombolo. It is flat and a small beach appears among the rocks. Most of its surface is taken up by the Cantabrian School of Water Sports, which has a jetty. Next to it is the island of La Horadada, a high crag that had a natural rock arch until 2005.
